Keywawa stores the account, workspace, research project, keyword, imported evidence, review decision, queue state, and audit records needed to run the product. Provider evidence stays attached to the workspace and its recorded market scope.
What Keywawa does not do automatically
Keywawa does not automatically start paid data requests, publish websites, send messages, launch ads, change external accounts, or replace missing keyword metrics with invented values.
Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, analytics, and keyword-data providers may process data when configured by the workspace owner. Imported rows record their provider, capture time and source reference.
Data review
Workspace owners should review generated drafts, imported metrics, and manual execution records before using them for decisions. Missing or stale data should be treated as incomplete.
